The prices are per room / apartment / family house / house per night and include wireless internet, use of swimming pool, umbrella, deck chair and resort tax.

Other information:

The price for breakfast is BGN 10.00 for an adult and BGN 5.00 for a child up to 10 years old.
In rooms 2 + 2 accommodation is for two adults with two children
For children up to 3 years free of charge.
Pets are NOT allowed!
In the 2 + 1 rooms the accommodation is for two adults with one child
An extra bed in the double rooms is provided only for children up to 12 years old - price BGN 10
Rooms are vacated until 11:00. Check-in after 14:00.
Leaving the rooms after 12:00, after preliminary consultation, if possible by the hotel - BGN 20.00, Early check-in, after preliminary consultation, if possible by the hotel before 12:00.

In case of change of the days from the reservation at check-in or during your stay, you owe a penalty of 50% of the value of the unused nights.
